Sacramento City’s Greg (Cosumnes Oaks High) Milton poured in 39 points to lead the Panthers to a 74-51 win over the Vikings in the opening round of the CCCAA NorCal playoffs. A slow-paced first half – it was 10-9 Panthers with 8:43 left – ended with Sac City in front 32-21. Milton caught fire after the break, canning 25 points, including six treys. Devante Johnson closed out an illustrious Viking career with a team-high 13 points, while Ryan Hewitt finished with 12.
