6-foot sophomore Trey Whitley, out of Harbor High and Cabrillo College, has signed with DII Black Hills State University (South Dakota):

Whitley averaged 17.4 points and 4.3 rebounds this season while earning Most Valuable Players honors in the Coast Conference South division plus being named an All-NorCal State First Team selection.


6-foot-2 sophomore guard Lovevele Schackelford, out of Newark Memorial High and Cañada  College, has signed with Notre Dame de Namur.


6-foot-7 Cabrillo College sophomore Lenorris Mincey is headed to Campbellsville University in Kentucky:


6-foot-7, 225 Matt Bender, a San Diego area prepster, has committed to Cal State Stanislaus.


NVC Basketball: “@NVCAthletics is excited to get a commitment from Brandon Radu of Redwood HS. The 6’4” shooting guard led the Giants in scoring and helped them to a NorCal playoff run. Brandon’s best basketball is still ahead.”


DJ Burgess: “Extremely Blessed to have receive an offer to🏀Hawaii Pacific University.

Out of Valley Christian High and Gavilan College, the 6-foot-5 Burgess also visited Sonoma State and Humboldt State earlier. He averaged 12.2 points this season.

According to Verbal Commits, 6-foot-4 Joey Rodrick has committed to Humboldt State. He’s a prepster out of the state of Washington.

Veal is a 6-foot point out of Las Vegas.


Kyle Hansen: “Two other Class of 2020 commits have also recently told me they’ve verbally committed to Montana in 6-9 forward Josh Bannan and 6-6 forward Hunter Clarke, both of Australia. Clarke is the younger brother of grad assistant Anderson Clarke.”

Hunter Clarke also played at Campolindo High.
