It’s always interesting to see the community college choices made by high schoolers as well as which talents have transferred to a JC or taken up a new JC residence:

  • 6-foot-8 freshman Dillon (Calaveras High) Autrey is at San Joaquin Delta College. He played in just two games at Cal State Monterey Bay last season.
  • 6-foot-2 freshman Ben (Berkeley High) Baker is at West Valley College.
  • 6-foot-3 freshman Jamario (El Cerrito High) Bibb is at Allan Hancock College.
  • 5-foot-10 freshman Decaurey (Newark Memorial High) Brown is at San Jose City College. He played ion four games at Las Positas College last season.
  • 6-foot-6 sophomore Jalen (DeAnza High) Chandler is at College of Marin. His father, Marquin (San Jose State University) Chandler, played professionally 10 years overseas.
  • 6-foot-6 freshman Amil (Moreau Catholic) Fields is at College of the Sequoias.
  • 5-foot-10 freshman Walter (Lick Wilmerding) Lum is at Skyline College.
  • 6-foot-3 sophomore Andrew (Freedom High) Mork is back from Metro State after a redshirt season followed by playing in 16 games in 2018-19 and at Las Positas College.
  • 6-foot-2 freshman  Travon (Freedom High) O’Neal is at College of San Mateo.
  • 6-foot sophomore Kobe (Monterey High) Ordonio and 6-foot-3 freshman Tahjae (Monterey High) Ordonio are back together at Gavilan College.
  • 6-foot-5 freshman Adam Ponderosa High) Orr is back from Metro State and at Cosumnes River College.
  • 6-foot-8 freshman Skylar (Dublin High) Robinson is at Chabot College.
  • 6-foot-3 Damon Stoudamire Jr. is a sophomore at San Joaquin Delta College.
  • Additionally, CCSF has 6-foot-10 sophomore Miles Norris, an Oregon transfer plus  5-foot-10 freshman Darrion (St. Ignatius) Trammell and 6-foot freshman Kyree (Berkeley High) Brown as newcomers at the point.
  • Plus, Porterville College can boast of 7-foot-1 Elijah Height.
