On Saturday, Diablo Valley College was powered by Isaih (Bentley High) Hood’s 30 points, 11 rebounds and six assists in edging Ohlone College 90-87Aidan Graham led OC with 22 points and 11 boards.

Also on Saturday, Tyrell (El Cerrito High/Merritt College) Alcorn totaled 28 points (9-15 shooting overall, 6-9 from long distance) plus five assists versus Texas A&M Texarkana in a 97-81 win for Dillard (New Orleans) University.

On Sunday, Chris (Campolindo High) Hansen posted a 22 point, 10 rebound double-double in an 86-77 victory over Cal State San Bernardino.

Also on Sunday,  6-foot-3 freshman Ty (Antelope High) Burrell scored 26 points and grabbed 10 boards in an 83-69 Yuba College victory over Santa Barbara City College in the Allan Hancock tourney.

On Monday, Zach (Berkeley High/City College San Francisco) Copeland provided 21 points, five rebounds and four assists but Illinois State fell 68-63 to Grand Canyon University.

Also on Monday, Sayeed (El Cerrito High) Pridgett led Montana in four categories with 19 points, seven boards, four assists and three steals in a 74-62 success against Texas Southern.

On Tuesday, host California defeated UC Davis 72-66 despite freshman point Ezra  (Heritage High) Manjon finishing with 21 points and six assists for the Aggies.

Also on Tuesday, Jamaree (Palma High) Bouyea again proved he is ready to contribute in multiple categories with 16 points, seven boards and five assists in an 89-73 USF success versus Hampton University. Ryan Gorcey game report

6-foot-6 freshman guard Kevin (Pleasant Valley High) Kremer is in his first year at Chaminade (he redshirted last season at Utah) and averaging 5.3 points plus 5.0 rebounds in four games/19.5 minutes a contest. He’s shooting 8-14, 1-4 and 4-4 respectively.

Senior guard Jordan (North Monterey High/Santa Rosa Junior College) Graves is averaging 16.5 points plus 3.5 boards while shooting 53%, 50% and 75% for Hawaii Hilo in two games thus fat this season.

Dominican University 6-foot guard Jalen (Weston Ranch High/Stanislaus State) Ragsdale is leading the Penguins in scoring this season with 16.5 points per game (alongside 3.3 boards) while shooting 46%, 50% and 79% respectively.

A trio of Skyline College players are averaging in double figures thus far in the 2019-20 season:

  • 5-foot-10 Walter (Lick-Wilmerding) Lum, 14.8 points plus 6.2 assists
  • 6-foot Colby (Mills High) Vasquez, 14.8 points, plus 5.3 rebounds and 3.5 assists
  • 6-foot-2 Noah (Tamalpais High) Haynesworth, 12.5 points, plus 8.3 rebounds

In 12.4 minutes a game (seven contests) at Casper (WY) College, former Modesto Christian guard Dathan Satchell is averaging 6.4 points while shooting 50% overall and 50% from long distance.
